  • The ABCs of Seeking Support – A practical framework for requesting introductions or assistance effectively: Ask, Be clear about intentions, and Clarify your credibility.

  • Q&A – We opened the floor for questions and comments, which included a question about what to do when you don't feel like connecting, and how to find a support group for adult only children taking care of aging parents.

    We wrapped up with an activity on intentional connection-building. Baily encouraged participants to think about:

    • 3 important people in your life and how you met them

    • 2 social circles you’re already part of that you could engage in more deeply

    • 1 casual connection you’d like to nurture further
