About Sydney:

Sydney Welch is a young collaborator who has worked on multiple projects that have inspired her book. She worked on two public art projects that culminated in two murals being painted at the Glenside Train Station in Glenside, PA during her time at Arcadia University.

She spent a year of her undergraduate studies traveling abroad where she initially came up with the radical idea of embracing collaboration. Sydney has since earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art History with a minor in Religion. During her senior year, she wrote her thesis on Leonardo da Vinci and the concept of Authorship, which inspired a large part of the book as well.

She believes in the power of collaboration to make things great. All of her greatest achievements have involved collaboration, and she truly believes that two heads are better than one.
