About This Workshop

We've all been told that if we follow our passions, they'll lead us to a fulfilling and happy career. Unfortunately that's only one piece of the equation, so many people spend years of their life chasing after something that can never be obtained, while feeling like a failure along the way. Even worse, some people remain in jobs they hate far longer than they should because they don't know how to make their next move.

This workshop will help you identify a path to professional happiness through connecting your natural strengths, passions/interests, and core motivators to the right role, industry, and company culture for you. What most people want can often be achieved through looking at their career in a new light, and treating their journey like the "choose your own adventure" it is.

Takeaways

  • Understand why we feel so restless in traditional jobs – what’s causing the discontent and how do we fix it?

  • Learn how to align your key strengths to a role that you were born to do

  • Dive into your passions and interests to let them guide you to an industry and company you care about

  • Discover what truly motivates you, and understand how to use that knowledge to identify a work culture that makes sense for you

  • See how by putting all of the above steps together, you can develop a plan to get the most out of your career path
