Rachel Light is the Director of Global Employee Experience at Cornerstone OnDemand. She has been with the company for nine years building culture and driving employee engagement. During her tenure, Cornerstone has been recognized as a best place to work by Fortune Magazine, LA Business Journal, Glassdoor and Outside Magazine.

Francis Aquino, Director of Workplace + Employee Experience at Honey

Francis brings more than 12 years of start-up industry experience in workplace design development and employee engagement. He started his career in New York City at a Fashion Start Up and moved his way to Los Angeles where he designed the office spaces of several start up companies like Nasty Gal, Headspace & UBER. He also created unique and exciting on-boarding processes to increase employee engagement. He is now currently the Director of Workplace & Employee Experience for Honey (www.joinhoney.com) where he is tasked with revamping all workplace services for the growing number of employees and ensuring that the physical environment creates engagement, productivity and avenues to be creative. He is the moving force in developing office and employee experiences that embodies a curated design style, combined with a great looking space, effective functionality and increased people engagement for their new HQ.
